     The Capitol was (and still is) the New Haven Colony's administrative and business center. Located on the eastern coast of the Mainland on Cantos Minor, the Capitol was also the location of Anarkum Lab Building A, an underground staging area for the daily activities of the various laboratories scattered about the surface of the planetoid. As the Colony then had only 150 families, all of which were employed through Anarkum Technologies in some way, the vast number of parking garages and highways was quite unnecessary. The Colonists got around on specially built utility barges (they were more elegant than the name implies), but the highway infrastructure was seen, by Anarkum at least, as an investment in the bright future of the Capitol.
